Revised November 2002 | Download PDF (219Kb) | ISBN 1 87199 784 4 | Archived
These guidelines describe arrangements for quality assurance in breast care nursing in the NHSBSP. They set out the philosophy and operational policy, and define standards of care for the practice of nursing within the NHSBSP. The standards define the level of service expected, and provide a measure against which the service delivered can be audited. Also included is a questionnaire for use on quality assurance visits.
