Histopathology reporting in cervical screening

These guidelines were produced by a joint working party of the Royal College of Pathologists and the NHSCSP. They provide guidance on the reporting of cervical biopsies arising as a consequence of the cervical screening programme, advice on the classification of cervical carcinoma and pre-cancer, and make recommendations on the correlation of histology with cytological findings and on histopathology audit.
