The objectives of this document are to:
The National Coordinating Network (NCN), through its chairman Dr Muir Gray, convened in 1990 a group of regional contacts and professional associations relating to cervical cancer screening. Consumers express the training and educational needs of this group and to this end a grant was obtained from the Nuffield Provincial Hospitals Trust to employ a consultant to review the issues. This report describes the outcome of this review and outlines some of the difficulties facing these individuals with designated responsibilities.
